Zimele Wethu Foundation - 2017 Annual Report

Dear Partners and Friends of Zimele Wethu,

It is a great joy to report back to you on the work done in our financial year, March 2017 to February 2018. In this reporting period, we implemented the Zimele Wethu Self Help Group (SHG) programme in five rural communities of KwaZulu Natal Province; Msinga, Swayimane, Willowfountain, rural Durban and Mtubatuba.

With your continued support, we were able to make huge strides towards achieving the Zimele Wethu 5 years’ strategic plan (September 2015 to December 2020) of mobilizing 8 000 poor rural people into 700 Self Help Groups (SHGs), 40 Cluster Level Associations (CLAs) and 2 Federations.
